In December, All Saints’ Episcopal Church comes alive with the spirit of Advent as parishioners of all ages gather for a variety of seasonal activities. One of the most anticipated traditions is the greening of the church, where families work together to adorn the sanctuary with poinsettias, wreaths, and candles.
The church is transformed into a beautiful space filled with light and color, symbolizing the joy of the coming season. Along with decorating, the congregation enjoys caroling and wrapping gifts for community outreach, spreading holiday cheer both within the parish and beyond. These shared moments reflect the deep sense of community and anticipation that Advent brings, uniting the church in preparation for Christmas.
